Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nosami × Script handles the information you send us through the contact form. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Data controllers

The two companies that operate the Nosami × Script brand together, presented in the legal notice, are joint controllers of your data. You can reach them at deborah@script-agency.com or celine.billey@nosami.fr.

Data collected

Only what you enter in the form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), type of event, date, location, number of guests and message. No other data is collected during your visit.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used to reply to your request and to discuss your event with you. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Recipients

Your information is read only by the founders of Nosami × Script. It passes through our email delivery provider and the website host, acting as technical processors. It is never sold or transferred.

Retention period

Three years from our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case the legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You may at any time access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent, by writing to deborah@script-agency.com or celine.billey@nosami.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: your visit does not send any data to third parties. Links to Instagram take you to an external website with its own policy.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and the form is protected against automated submissions. Access to the requests received is limited to the founders.
